Everything was lovely; we enjoyed a wonderful 4-day stay. The standard double room was well-equipped with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV. The staff provided excellent service and were very efficient. The hotel's central location made it easy to access a nearby shopping mall called Mercado.

The room was brand-new and most important - great-sized. There was a wide array of options for breakfast, including coffee, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, and eggs, I enjoyed it. The best part were the efficient and helpful staff.

The room I got had a really cozy bed, a small fridge with a mini bar, coffee and tea makers, and a desk to write on. the staff were super friendly and polite. 😊

Very nice welcome. Big room. Large shower with rain shower. Despite the station directly in front of the door it was relatively quiet.

The bed should have been a little bigger.

we appreciated the breakfast with a host of teas and juices and various egg options and found it to be delightful.

The staff here were nice and pretty helpful, offering some good recommendations. 😊.

The location is fantastic and ideal, situated near Hamburg with easy access to the train station and subway. I genuinely appreciated the well-arranged comfort double room on the ground level upon arrival.

Very close to the station where db Autozug train leaves (most important for us). A classic 3 star hotel. Nice bathroom with tub. The area around is also very nice, we had a lovely walk to ottenser district and there are a lot of coffees and small restaurants.

For that price I think breakfast should be included. Elevator to the third floor and than stairs to the fourth floor, not so easy with a small child.

The hotel is excellent and clean, with modern rooms that come with amenities like a kettle and WiFi. the beds are comfortable, and the food is great. Overall, I have nothing but enjoyable memories from this trip.

The location is great and frendly stuff. The room is big, but there are really different rooms in the same category.

The breakfast is a bit too expensive for the quality. They started taking out food 20 minutes before the end. Prices for booking changed a lot, so booking the hotel not for the whole stay but every day a new booking saved us 30% of the price
